Chuck comes to us with 30 years of foodservice experience. He made one of his dreams come true by opening, operating, and developing a high volume popular food business at the Mall of America. His impressive concept was a hit and he served as owner/operator in his restaurant for 10 years. He has worked with many school lunch programs in the Twin Cities and was a perfect fit to come on board with CKC.

Chuck's reputation and experience with sales, day to day operations and business development make him an ideal candidate to serve as Director of Business Development. Chuck works side-by-side with the Director of Operations, providing service, marketing and developing on-site food service programs.
