Joel joined CKC in 1994, during the Caravan Serai Restaurant days. He mastered the art of Middle
Eastern cooking, and Nancy recognized his natural skill.
With Nancy's mentorship, he worked developing his skills in CKC's rapidly growing school lunch program.
In 2004 Joel, furthered his education working for a National Catering Company and in 2005, returned to CKC, ready for his
career move into management. Joel leads our kitchen team by example first and is instrumental in creating the great food entrees CKC is known for.
